why wont my gas tank fill any more the pump keep shutting off

Hello this is common problem with Dodge and also there is some fuel system recall from the dealer that is recalled by the V.I.N.number.The failed component is the check valve in the fuel tank.HAVE A BLESS DAY from DR. RECO.
