How do I get my rental car?

I have a maxcare plan. I dropped my car off at the shop, but I can't find any information anywhere on rentals.

Thank you!. I was on hold with my local carmax for an hour. When I called the number you provided, I got through in 2 minutes. For anyone else who searches for this info, repairpal doesn't handle the claims. There's a 3rd party that handles the Maxcare warranties, in my case Assurant.
