No turn over or blinker, everything else working. What can it be

What is your question?

Everything is coming on, dash lights , fuel pump, ignition , acc, and all lights including hazards but NO STARTER OR BLINKERS. All relays, fuses, and wires good and connected. Just can't figure this one out. Took starter out and works fine off live battery
