Will not crank have good battery and starter what next

Nothing happens when I turn key have new starter and good battery this just happened out of the blue thought it was the starter so replaced it seeing as truck has 160000 miles didn’t help eliminate solenoid anditturns over but won’t start like no ignition could this be igni switch or neutral safety switch checked all fuses and relays
