ac blower is on hi but not much is coming out of vents

The truck does not have a cabin air filter so I would look for a restriction where the air comes into the car. The air is normally drawn in by the bottom of the front windscreen. Perhaps remove the blower motor and see if a rodent has built a nest in the air ducts or that he fan blades are not slipping on the motor.
