There are many conditions that can cause Vibrations. Tires should be inspected for proper tire pressure and condition/wear , tires out of balance can cause a vibration. bent wheels/ rims. Inspection of Suspension parts should be performed, upper and lower ball joints, control arms upper and lower, tie rod ends. Condition of drive shaft and universal u joints and shocks should be performed.
