I started the truck in driveway and then it stalled, now It won't start. I changed battery, it has no crank , lights work.

Did you check the fuses? Also check the battery cable connections. You said you changed battery so those obviously got checked. So check the other ends of the cables at the starter (red) and black ground cable. They may have vibrated loose, or be corroded.
