Had it started in driveway and it stalled now it wont start no crank lights work

Did you check the fuses? Also check the battery cable connections. You said you changed battery so those obviously got checked. So check the other ends of the cables at the starter (red) and black ground cable. They may have vibrated loose, or be corroded.
