My Dodge Dakota 2002 idles real rough in drive, put it back in park and idles a little smoother, and crawls along and then it seems to jump in gear and acclerates, the engine has a clacking sound, oil is up on dip stick, just had a new radiator put in the truck. I did get 2 codes on my Code Hammer Can OBD2 (PO161) AND (PO175)

Hello, it appears you have a "bank 2" oxygen sensor system problem. Both before and after catalytic converter sensors are not operating properly. But the root cause of this is unknown. Do not just replace parts - testing must be performed on the individual areas of concern. This may or may not be the source of your rough running, but I would always suggest to repair what you know to be faulty before trying to attack a phantom symptom. It is concerning that your oil level is high - Change the oil and filter and refill as proper, or drain some of the oil to get it to the proper level.
