truck engine no turn no start finally got it to turn and start butt turn signals

Good morning 'timopaul53',Ralph dba Kansas Avenue Auto Center here. Reguarding;'Truck engine no turn' Engine will not crank ?? Or,engine cranks & will not start ?? Reguarding;Finally got it to turn and start butt turn signals on 2001 Dodge Dakota ???? Reguarding;And radio works when key is on acc. That is proper operation. Questions ??
