Truck runs fine for 4 to 6 days,then loses power shuts down !>?

What is your question?

codes show Catalytic Converter, muffler shop says NO ! ?, also show Ignition Coil, this has been changed 2x NEW, last year main computer was replaced, ran fine till a month ago, and runs fine for 4-6 day and then just loses power and shuts down, but will restart fairly easy ?
