ABS & brakelights

There will be some diagnostic codes stored in the ABS module, these need to be retrieved and diagnosed to determine what the problem is. It could be an ABS wheel speed sensor, or even the ABS Control Module, but it needs to be looked at to make that determination.

I had this happen also. I replaced the rear ABS sensor located on the top of the diff. and it solved my problem. Part cost about $40@ Napa. I had taken it to a independant shop who did not have the proper scan tool and told me I needed a new ABS module at $900.

I have a 2000 dakota reg cab no 4x4 my lights just did this what censers and how many are there I hit a big hole and when I started it agin the lights came on and any deccent priced hemi's out there.
