All my lights come on but the head lights don't

You may have a problem with the headlight switch - check the switch and wiring connectors at the switch. You could also simply have burned out bulbs! Check those and check for power at the headlight sockets with the switch on. Moisture that finds its way into the lamp assemblies can cause premature bulb failure.
