What is your question?
I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota with a 5.2 liter engine. are the morning when it's cold truck doesn't like to start until you play swap relays around and smack the fuel-cell to get it to cause the pump to work as a brand new fuel pump brand new fuel relay brand new coil new distributor everything except for the ECM. once you can get to eat fuel relay to start clicking you can swap the relays around it and get one that's not clicking and Pooh shell fire up and running all day long shut it off label only three or four or five hours climbing it fired right up drive anywhere you want to go but then the morning pain in the ass

If swapping relays fixes your problem, it sounds like you could have a faulty relay. Nonetheless, you could also have a wiring issue at the fuse box that is not allowing full contact to the blades of the relays. Totally a guess, but hearing your story that's where I would look first.
