Under the fuse box in the engine bay, there's 3 red wires that come together. They power the auto shutdown relay, which controls the fuel pump. These wires will become corroded at the junction and not make the relay kick. Cut these wires and re solder and shrink tube them. Not sure if they all were held together with wire nuts but mine was.
