How do I put my injectors in time if I messed with the distributor???

Is there a such thing as putting the injectors back in time if I mess with the distributor on my 91 Dodge 2.5 l if so how do you do it, it jump time and I put it back in time and it was a little off so I adjusted or thought I was adjusting the distributor until I found out it was self-timed so what do I do if I spray starting fluid into who the carburetor it will fire up and goes right back off!!!

Lots going on here. If you have a gasoline engine with fuel injection there is no timing you can adjust with the fuel injectors. You mention a carburetor at the end so that's a little confusing.

Sorry if I am confusing you but I had the timing belt break and I put a new belt on and had to put it back in time which I did that but I also must have been a couple teeth off because it was running poorly and I tried to turn the distributor and when I read up on the Internet they said do not touch the distributor that it has a rare window for it to signal to the injectors to release the fuel is that true? If you can adjust the injectors how do you do that
