Runs rough like bad miss

Do you have a 4 cylinder engine with a timing belt? Your engine could have jumped time if you have a worn timing belt...if equipped. Also, check your engine's compression to determine if you have an internal engine problem causing low compression and in turn a rough idle. Ensure all your wires are going to the proper cylinders also.
