no lights on dash, no radio. all fuse is good all fusible links good, starter good. Changed the module by the battery

My son had the truck and said the fuse box fell down and started smoking. He turning the truck off, when he tried to turn it back on, nothing. Got it towed to the house. Did my youtube thing. Checked the starter, changed the module they said. Did continuity test on the fusible links and the fuse box. Head Lights, window, locks, mirror all work. No lights on the dash board, no click or anything. Battery at 12.75. 1992 Dodge ram d250 diesel
