I can't seem to find my ECU, any ideas on where it might be located?

I'm trying to replace my ECU but ordering parts seems to be impossible, the wrong part always arrives so I want to make sure I'm ordering the correct part. I've been under the hood all morning trying to locate my ECU, I can't find a diagram online and my Haynes manual is packed away somewhere. Any ideas where it might be located on my 1990 Dodge RAM/ D150 5.2 V8 ?
