What is your question?
I was driving and the car started to have a voltage issue the voltage went from 14.5 to 12 then back to 13.8 and fluctuated up and down and threw a trouble code I thought it was an alternator so I replaced it and the battery monitor and also the ECU and the problem did not change it has gotten worse sometimes it will not go to start it only goes to acc and when it does start the last time I drove it the headlight turned off the abs light came on the power steering stoped working the stability control stopped and I turned around and went home after about one mile it all came back on I think it is a BCM but don’t know for sure
What makes this problem better or worse?
The more I drive it and higher RPMs
How long has your 2022 Dodge Charger had this problem?
Started 9000 miles ago with a stability control light that flashed on then the voltage went down to around 13.8 from 14.5 and started to fluctuate up and down

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. To answer the question in your subject line, you would need to have diagnostic software for Dodge vehicles. This would be prohibitive to purchase for single use. Repair shops spend thousands of dollars on diagnostic tools and the purchase of software licensing. When you saw the voltage fluctuating, was it on the dash voltmeter? It sure sounds like you have a battery and / or power supply issue. This should be checked by checking your battery first for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load. From there, with a known good battery, the rest of the charging system should be checked. Are there any added on aftermarket parts on this vehicle? This should be considered also, in that it could cause power surges and voltage drops.
