Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! A Dodge Charger that won't shut off is like a guest that overstays their welcome! Since you’ve already replaced the relay, the next suspect could be the ignition switch or even the push-button start system itself. A faulty button or control module might not be sending the correct signal to shut off the engine. Also, check the key fob and battery as weak fobs can cause odd behavior. If everything's still not clicking, a deeper look at the ignition system or body control module might be needed.
