I replaced the fan assembly twice and the motor got burnt the two times

The cooling fan for the engine or the blower motor fan for the A/C? If it is the radiator cooling fan(s), they are designed as a 2 speed system. If not using the original equipment, the motor may not be correct. They have also been having some issues with the TIPM or fuse block assy, but it requires a scan tool to run the proper tests to diagnose the issue.
