Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Charger. If you're still experiencing a misfire on cylinder five after replacing the cam, lifters, coil, and spark plugs, there are a few other areas to investigate. First, check the wiring and connectors to the coil and injector for any damage or corrosion, as these can affect performance. Next, ensure that the fuel injector for cylinder five is functioning correctly. You can use a multimeter to test the injector's resistance or perform a balance test to see if it's delivering fuel properly. Also, consider running a compression test to verify that there are no mechanical issues, such as low compression in that cylinder, which can also cause misfires. If everything seems in order, it might be worth checking for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold, as this can lead to an improper air-fuel mixture.
