Car won't start after throttle control test..What can I do to fix

Sounds like for some reason the starter will not engage. It could be due to low battery voltage to start with. Have the battery tested first, and then go from there. Not sure why this would happen after a "throttle control test". However, having the systems "on" without the engine running could possibly drain the battery down over a period of time.
