Car ran hot n pulled over and turned engine off.

What is your question?

Notice puddle on ground and it was a lil greasy. No white smoke. Car did crank later with no missing. Looks like leak coming from back side of motor. Had car towed home. Oil looked fine n didnt look milky. No noises heard.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not sure. Just happened n parked it

What was the indication that the "car ran hot"? Have you had the cooling system pressure tested to see if there are any external leaks? Have the vehicle checked over for any fluid leaks.
