Replaced both fuel pumps now it doesn't start

Had you ever performed any testing to determine that you had a lack of fuel pressure at the fuel rail of the engine? What prompted you to replace fuel pumps? I would check for fuel pressure at the engine now, and if you don't have any, you'll need to retrace your steps on installation and verify everything is connected properly. Does your fuel gauge read the proper fuel level?
