Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Your Dodge Charger is playing a game of "now you see me, now you don't" with that traction control light and shutting off. Given the intermittent nature of the problem, it sounds like it could be an electrical issue, possibly related to a loose connection, a failing sensor, or even a wonky control module. The traction control system relies on various sensors and electronics, so if something's off there, it could cause the system to act up and shut down the vehicle. The fact that your radio's been finicky as well hints at an electrical gremlin lurking somewhere. First, check the battery terminals and ground connections to ensure they're tight and corrosion-free. A failing battery or alternator could also cause these symptoms. If everything looks good there, it might be worth getting a diagnostic scan to check for any stored error codes that could point you in the right direction.
