Oil lamp blinking red and dinging bell sound

What is your question?

Charger 2.7 , Had the wrong oil in the car , so I drained it and put in the right one with new filter . Drove it for about a 30 minutes then 2 hours later drove it again for 40 minutes. Blinking red oil lamp came on ,pulled over checked the oil level ,it's full ,not over heating ,or noticable issues happening . Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated . The car did sit for a couple of years before I got it . TY
