What's a lower control arm(straight) on a 07' Dodge Charger?

What is your question?

I had this repair done at the end of March and just now looked and nothing looks new in those areas and having the same issues.I was charged to replace the upper and lower,front and rear control arms as well as lower control arm (straight)X's 2. I can't even find a straight lower control arm. Is it called something else?
