Heater not blowing warm air

Testing will need to be performed inside the vehicle with the climate control system to see what is going on. I know you said parts were replaced, but what testing was performed? Have you checked wiring connectors? Checked the heater box gears themselves? The plastic of the plenum to make sure it's intact?
