Why is gas mileage bad in my dodge charger

What is your question?

Some gas in the oil, some gas coming out of the exhaust pipe, white smoke coming out exhaust pipes, can smell gas in the car, the car while driving will kinda jump/skip some. Have replaced many parts on the car, both fuel pumps, EGR valve, all 16 spark plugs and it's not giving a code when we scan it since putting on all these news parts but still having the problems that I listed. It's a hemi dodge charger
