O2 sensor

What is your question?

I am getting both high voltage and low voltage (P0131 and P0132) on my O2 sensor. I changed it like 3 weeks ago and the code has came back. Now I had a bad battery that produced a sulfur smell but has since changed and also my cold air intake hose was lose yesterday which I tightened up.. What should I do? Replace the sensor again.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It’s worse when accelerating to 40 mph
