I am thinking of purchasing one of the warranties that covers to 60,000 miles would like to know if it is worth getting it because my Nissans never needed many repairs prior to that many miles

look in owners manual for maint sch. other then that it would be normal maint
That's how the dealers make money I could do nothing to that car and I guarantee I can get 100.000 out of that
Although the Challenger is a fun car it is rated as a lesses quality vehicle to your prior Nissans. You can do a search to verify but the vehicle should have at least a 3 year/36,000 mile comprehensive factory warranty that covers just about everything. That warranty went into effect on the vehicles in service date (First day of origional purchase). Then it should have a powertrain warranty that should go for at least 5 years/50,000 miles. If the owners manual is in the glove box it will tell you exactly what the car has for a factory warranty. If you are looking at an extended warranty that goes out to 100,000 miles then it would be something to consider but if it just goes to 60,000 miles I don't know if it is worth it.
thank you thats what I thought too just needed confirmation. I did read they had problems with the timing belt it seemed it was the 2010 and mostly the ones with a hemi. Pretty scaring stories how it made the pistons slam the valves ruined the engine and happened in the 30,000 thanks again
