The bulbs work brake lights work all blinkers work parking lights won't come on when I turn the head lights on

The wrong bulbs could be in the sockets. One of the two filaments in the bulbs could be burned out. A headlight switch concern could be present. Hands on testing of the wiring and circuit is needed.
