is it easy to replace a blower motor??

Have you checked the fuses and relay? It most likely thee blower resistor faulty Open your glove box, squeeze in both sides and let it drop down. Directly behind there, is the blower resister, its approx. 3" x 1.5" with a 5/16 screw on each end and two wiring connectors. (one big one small)
