What is your question?
There us a popping noise on the passenger side when turning right. We have changed the rack and pinion, tie rods, control arms, ball joints and the cv axle.Changing all that fixed some of the problems of popping noises. The noise stopped for about a week and it's back. I have no idea what it could be. Also the transmission is slipping.
How long has your 2004 Dodge Caravan had this problem?
About 3 months with about a week of no noise.

Hello, it's better to try and pin point the source of the noise before replacing a bunch of parts and hoping the noise will correct. Body noises won't resolve replacing those parts, and neither will subframe bushing noise or subframe concerns. A good inspection of every relevant physical component is needed, including everything in the steering and suspension, including the steering shaft, the subrame, subframe bushings, stabilizer bar components, and so on. The transmission slipping needs to have a diagnostic test performed.
All the parts that were changed we're bad. The van had a lot more popping noise that have stopped. I agree the transmission needs a diagnostic test.
