Parasitic battery drain in my O2 Dodge Caravan

What is your question?

I have traced the drain to my IDO fuse I looked it up it may be because of a recall heating and cooling that runs over top of my stereo may have leaked water on top and now my back speakers are drying constant power

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only things that stops my vehicle from being able to start it is me taking out my IDO fuse But then I have no stereo to listen to
