i have a 2000 dodge grand caravan and it wont start ,one day on the freeway it just shut off and wouldnt start back up. i hear the fuel pump when i turn thre key to the on position i changed the distributer cap and the rotat and still no start so i took off a spark plug wire and tested it with a new sparkplug grounded and there is no spark

Well, you need to do a little diagnosis, this could be caused by a bad coil, bad crank sensor, or bad PCM.
