car won't shut off

What is your question?

Came home & turned my key to shut the car off & it stayed running. Took the keys out & we unplugged the battery. No help. Drove it around the block & everything was running fine. We had to pull the ignition fuse to shut it off. Put the fuse back in & it seems fine. Any ideas would be great!
