doen't stay running all the time

What is your question?

Have had problems with my van starting and dieing. I think there is a problem with the fuel but not sure. Have to try and start it 3-4 times before it actually does and it chugs when you first start going and also going from a stopsign or stoplight. chugs if you try and gun it off a start and dies when slowing down for corner or stopsign or stoplight. goes down the road ok once you get going. bought fuel filter, but that wasn't the problem. there was air in the line when my dad took the line off to check pressure and made a wooosh sound and blew a little gas in his face. not sure what the problem is
