Where can I find schematic with Check Gages light wireing diagram

Van gages lite was on tookl van in for emission test.Did not pass test.Replaced o2sensor.Ecm.Coolant sensor ,speed and map,Ins cluster. andThermostat, BCM,SBE controller Throttle Pos,All other sensors check good according to the Haynes Book.The Van passes all emissions test with great ratings like a new Van.The check gages lit2 stays on and I have no Fuel And.NoSpeed od and no temp gage . All lites function.Van runs great Just no gages.Book says reset EMC lite on ins cluster with D R B ll scan tool.Mechanic says OBD ll.And that, that will not fix it.Wants $150 to test it and keep it for a few days.All I need isSchematic showing Check gages wireing And a DRB ll scan tool or some one I can trust.
