Car overheats and leaks fluid

What is your question?

I have a 2011 dodge caliber that has had a new radiator put on about 5 years ago after an accident. It ran hot right after replacing the front in but the fuse had blown, now it is doing it again but the fuse isn't bad and it always runs out of coolant fast. Any thoughts on what would make it run hot, and coolant to run out quickly?
