what wires can make the car stop working

What is your question?

we have a 2010 dodge caliber sxt the wheel well fell off last summer and drove it half the winter some wires are broke the car wont turn on doesnt turn over we hit two wires earlier and it turned over but having troubles firguring out what is causing it to not start

What makes this problem better or worse?
