I have had my car fixed at lease four times but my ETC light still comes on

if "etc" is for electronic throttle control, i would make sure your throttle body is being replaced with a factory mopar part. aftermarket tb's have a very high fail rate. and may need to be calibrated with a proper scan tool before use.
