My temp gauge runs up to hot,there is fluid in the radiotor,but my heater blows cool air,

So many things could cause this and it's hard to speculate whats wrong without being able to do some basic tests. Air could be trapped in the system , the thermostat could be stuck , water pump not circulating coolant, or even a blown head gasket could be the cause. Obviously damage will occur if this isn't attended too.
