Issues with hatch seal on 2009 Dodge Caliber

What is your question?

On both sides of back hatchback there’s a “gap” between the glass and the frame. Snow and/or water gets in. When bought car used didn’t notice this. Haven’t found a detailed enough pic to show if there’s a rubber seal that goes there on both sides.
