This means that the Bank 1 Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor is stuck Lean. Look at this article I wrote about lean conditions http://repairpal.com/OBD-II-Code-P0171-and-P0174 I hope that it will help you, don't assume that it is an Oxygen Sensor problem, first verify that the Oxygen Sensor is defective.
