Blower Motor??

What is your question?

The a/c and heater both work great they just don't blow very hard. When its on high it is loud but still little air. It doesn't change when idling or on free way. It just never blows hard. On low almost nothing comes out, you have to have your hand right next to it to feel it. What do you think the problem is?
