I have a 1 ton dodge van .. I would like to make it a dually , for hauling ... ? is it possible to convert it to a dually... .. the rear axle is a 8 lug set up factory from Dodge..

What makes this problem better or worse?

engine is in good working order

ANYTHING is possible - provided you have the necessary tools - equipment - and talent!

It would be kinda cool - but will certainly take a lot of work - van body would have to be modified for rear fenders - maybe find an online Dodge forum for more information.

You'd really need a 1 ton donor 'truck' for all the required parts.. It not going to be as easy as simply adding two more wheels and tires to the rear!
