Hello, unfortunately, diagnostic testing will be required to see what is causing the problem. You could have a vacuum leak somewhere, you could have sensor problems, wiring issues. Too hard to say without seeing what the exact data is from your running condition, as well as any diagnostic trouble codes that might be setting.
Without personally performing *hands-on* testing - I'll guess the catalytic converter has failed or is missing - which will require replacement.
