How do you remove cover of windshield wiper and wiper blades

A what? There is a pin that us sticking up from the windshield motor but nothing connecting the motor to the blades, so I'm wondering how do you take the cover or vent off to get to the pin and to put on a connecting arm

ok,the bushing came off or broke that connects the two arms/linkage/transmission to the motor..did you watch the video i sent you.this is a cheap fix !they sell a variety pack at the parts house.
